My unforgettable day in Verona, staying at one of the best hotels in Verona city centre

It’s been only a few hours since my arrival at the Colomba d’Oro, the 4-star hotel near the Verona Arena where every detail was a sweet discovery.

Yesterday I had the chance to explore so easily the city, rich in history and romance; and I enjoied the privilege of immersing in the luxurious atmosphere of the rooms of one of the best hotels in verona city centre.

From the moment I crossed the threshold of the Colomba d’Oro, I was greeted with a warm smile and kindness that made my arrival even more pleasant: the hotel staff kindness was outstanding, they are always ready to assist and satisfy all my requests, starting with the directions to enter the Verona restricted traffic zone.

My luxury room at the Colomba d’Oro is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, a refuge of refined comfort, and so close to the Verona Arena: welcoming, warm, perfect in every detail. Being in the heart of the historic center of Verona, a few meters from the Arena, excites and regenerates me. And what about the view? Priceless! I can admire the terracotta roofs of the old town and the medieval towers standing out in the skyline; and on the terrace of my room in this luxury hotel in Verona city centre enjoed my glass of wine at sunset: a real pleasure for the senses, I wish I could have stopped time!

This morning, waking up was slow and sweet: I cuddled myself between the soft sheets of my luxury room at the Colomba d’Oro until I decided to linger a little longer, requesting room service for breakfast. And so I sipped, looking at Verona out the window, a good latte, accompanied by a fragrant brioche and freshly squeezed Sicilian orange juice.

Having arrived at the Hotel Colomba d’Oro by car, I took advantage of the secure private parking in the center of Verona and then began my visit to the city with the Hotel’s bike rental service: strolling through the narrow streets of the historic centre, I fell am in love with the City of Romeo and Juliet. Romantic, elegant, picturesque, a work of art.

This wonderful 4-star hotel in the center of Verona is the perfect location for a romantic getaway: I therefore thought of treating my husband to the hotel’s Gift Card for our anniversary to stay together at the Colomba D’Oro, a truly splendid hotel in the historic center of Verona, the most romantic city in the world, where Romeo and Juliet also fell in love.

The memory of the time spent at the Colomba D’Oro will be in my heart until my return.
